1
Design Your Signs
A computerized design is created in cooperation with our clients. We first create 2D artwork and then add 3D reliefs and textures using parametric textures.
3
Cut & Mount Material
The Wood plank or Metal sheet for the signage is cut to proper size with allowances for anchoring.

We line up the wood or metal and screw it down so it does not move during the cutting process. A T-square is used to assure it will be properly aligned on the x and y planes.
5
Remove and Cut
We remove the sign from the router and cut off excess space used for allowances (if any). Once done we finish with sanding and paint. The finish also includes making it weather resistant (outdoor and indoor resistant).
2
Transfer Design
We transfer the design to the machine with CNC plastering with parameters. Our shop is equipped with tools to design and carve complete signs in one piece of material or to accurately create separate parts that can be more easily finished and assembled.
4
Test & Run the Router
We make sure the router is programmed correctly and run an "air pass" above the material as a test to be sure everything looks right before cutting. When everything looks right, we run the router.
